Sales Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $85,500–$102,150 OTE for candidates in the Bay Area, plus potential bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

What you will do

• Own and maintain foundational sales analytics data models and improve data quality with Data Engineering.
• Build recurring reports and dashboards covering sales metrics, attainment, productivity, and business performance.
• Develop and support sales compensation models and rep performance reporting.
• Analyze sales trends, variances, and data-quality issues to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales operating reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Business Systems to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, business analytics, finance, data analysis, or a related field.
• Technical or quantitative background with an interest in data, systems, and business processes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including querying, joining, aggregating, and validating data across sources.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and strong attention to detail when handling compensation and performance metrics.
• Clear communication, strong collaboration skills, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or other BI and visualization tools.
