What you will do

• Partner strategically with leaders across assigned client groups and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Advise managers and leaders on people matters, organizational change, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
• Support talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and management capabilities.
• Guide managers on development plans, underperformance, coaching strategies, and performance improvement plans for field employees.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and align stakeholders on action plans.
• Ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience navigating people challenges and developing strategic HR solutions.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, talent management, and workforce planning.
