HR Business Partner

Location: Hazelwood, Missouri, United States; onsite at the analytical lab. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs that support operational performance.
• Advise and coach managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Support talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Conduct objective workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Analyze workforce and HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights for business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive professional Human Resources experience.
• Experience with workplace investigations and employee relations resolution.
• Strong consultation, coaching, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
