HR Business Partner

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: Target compensation starts at $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to address business needs and capability gaps.
• Analyze attrition, engagement, and headcount data to identify risks and inform leadership decisions.
• Support organizational design, headcount planning, team effectiveness, and engagement action plans.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with compensation reviews, workforce planning, or organizational design discussions.
• Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS.
• Ability to advise stakeholders across all levels, navigate ambiguity, and provide practical solutions.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.
