HR Business Partner

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; in-office Monday through Friday at hirify.global headquarters. Relocation to the United States may be discussed.

What you will do

• Advise managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness.
• Lead performance review cycles, calibration, and talent discussions.
• Coach leaders through performance improvement plans, terminations, and other complex employee situations.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation with leadership and legal or PEO resources.
• Identify systemic people issues and recommend proactive solutions.
• Partner with the Head of People and People Operations to build consistent, scalable leadership practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-growing startup, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent judgment calls.
• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
• Bias toward action and strong ownership.
• Ability to work in the McLean headquarters office Monday through Friday.
