Sr. Manager, S&OP (Maternity Cover - 12 months)

Location: Based in Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of three days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Support the monthly S&OP cycle across the hirify.global Group.
• Prepare high-quality materials and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse supply chain and financial data to support business decisions.
• Identify risks, validate data, challenge assumptions, and present recommendations.
• Build relationships with input providers and stakeholders across commercial and operations functions.
• Contribute to process improvements, strategic projects, and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Experience in S&OP, analytical supply chain roles, or comparable cross-functional business environments.
• Experience performing supply chain or financial analysis using Excel.
• Experience creating executive presentations and data visualisations in PowerPoint.
• Experience working across multiple functional areas and time zones, both virtually and in person.
• Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Availability to work from the Billund office three days per week on average.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power BI to analyse data and communicate business insights.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
