TL;DR

Student Assistant, Global Sourcing (Procurement): Supporting Radiometer’s indirect sourcing operations through supplier setup, tender coordination, contract administration, and collaboration with global sites with an accent on RFIs/RFQs, supplier assessments, and savings projects. Focus on coordinating supplier meetings, maintaining procurement systems and contracts, and reliably managing recurring operational tasks.

Location: On-site in Bronshoj, Denmark

What you will do

Send RFIs and RFQs for tenders and coordinate supplier meetings.
Set up new suppliers in procurement systems.
Upload and archive new contracts.
Communicate with suppliers regarding procurement assessments.
Coordinate meetings with Radiometer sites and follow up on savings projects.
Support the Global Strategic Procurement organization with operational and tactical tasks.

Requirements

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluent written and spoken English required.
Ability to manage recurring operational tasks reliably.
Ability to work on-site in Bronshoj, Denmark.

Nice to have

Previous experience in supply chain or procurement in a corporate setting.
