Global Contract Manufacturing Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based in Brugge, Belgium; Leiden, the Netherlands; or Lyngby, Denmark. Travel is required during the initial stages to engage with stakeholders and visit sites within scope.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for product supply agreements, product manufacture agreements, and operating service contracts.
• Administer contractual obligations, service levels, supply requirements, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract repositories covering agreements, correspondence, and amendments.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to manage compliance, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
• Monitor quality, delivery, volume, service-level, and financial performance, providing actionable reporting.
• Facilitate contract amendments, renegotiations, stakeholder training, and consistent contract governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, manufacturing, supply chain, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and explain requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across functions, sites, regions, and legal entities, with willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing supply agreements or third-party manufacturing relationships during divestitures, transitions, or corporate restructuring.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Food Ingredients and Health & Biosciences businesses, products, sites, and manufacturing assets.
• Experience using contract management software or related digital tools.
