Process & Performance Manager Logistics (SAP WM/EWM)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with 2 remote days per week. Limited travel to warehouses in Europe, the US, or Asia may be required a few times per year.

What you will do

• Own and further develop logistics processes in Copenhagen and across global operations.
• Drive transformation of the core logistics backbone from SAP WM to SAP EWM.
• Lead the interface with IT to implement process and system changes while maintaining business continuity.
• Coordinate end-to-end process design with customer-facing teams, supply chain, quality, and product management.
• Support operations with logistics expertise, issue resolution, and training.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional logistics experience covering warehousing, shipping, and transport.
• Essential hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM.
• Experience designing and implementing sustainable process improvements and transformations.
• Strong complex problem-solving and process management skills in a multifunctional, global stakeholder environment.
• Academic background in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
