Supply Chain Consultant (Defence & Security): Delivering consulting projects that transform defence supply chains and logistics functions with an accent on strategic advice, technology adoption, data use, and operational improvement. Focus on designing resilient supply chains, assessing complex logistics environments, leading stakeholder change, and developing value-for-money solutions.
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office or on a client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do
- Deliver high-impact consulting projects for defence and security clients.
- Develop strategies for supply chain and logistics transformation.
- Advise clients on technology and data solutions that improve supply chain processes.
- Help clients achieve value for money, stronger collaboration, and improved business outcomes.
- Support supply chain transformation projects in new environments.
- Contribute to business development and the creation of new supply chain offerings.
Requirements
- Strong industrial supply chain and logistics experience, including planning, operational supply chain management, and supply chain development.
- Extensive knowledge of defence or adjacent-sector supply chains.
- Experience navigating complex supply chain and logistics processes to deliver value-for-money outcomes.
- Experience leading or supporting change initiatives in multifaceted stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and creative solution-development skills.
- For UK security clearance, applicants must be British citizens or have maintained continuous UK residency for the past 5 years; background checks and Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance are required.
Nice to have
- CIPS, MCIPS, CILT, or equivalent supply chain and logistics qualification.
- Supply chain design and resilience assessment experience.
- Prior consulting experience.
