Receiving Inspector (Aviation)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Inspect incoming aviation products for documentation, part numbers, specifications, descriptions, quantities, and quality.
• Visually check products for regulatory compliance and dispatch them to the correct areas.
• Start claims processes when products fail to meet required standards or deviations are detected.
• Manage dangerous goods and export-controlled products when required.
• Store products in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a goods-inbound role.
• Experience or focus in quality control and compliance is advantageous.
• Forklift license, category B, and practical forklift operating experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work in Copenhagen in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP.
