What you will do

• Coordinate with strategic business units (SBUs) to secure accurate inputs for monthly and annual corporate reporting.
• Consolidate and analyze regional reports to prepare the company's annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Build financial models for prospective investment opportunities, evaluating NPV, IRR, ROE, and capital requirements.
• Investigate and present budget-to-actual variances and business cases to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across functional teams to develop and vet sound business assumptions for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or business valuation analysis.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced proficiency in creating complex models in Excel.
• Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work effectively with accounting systems.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Arlington, VA, US.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, including financial reporting across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Anaplan, BPC, or ThinkCell.
• Knowledge of data visualization, automation, and AI.
