Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance (AI)

Annual base pay: $108,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and manage financial models for strategic investments and initiatives, including M&A and debt issuance.
• Provide analytical support and financial rigor for product, profitability, and operational decisions.
• Own budgeting, monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual planning, and variance analysis for selected departments.
• Act as a finance business partner and P&L owner for a significant portion of the expense base.
• Lead experimentation and adoption of AI tools for modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Contribute to investor relations and competitor and peer analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real projects.
• Working knowledge of financial concepts, financial modeling, and business metrics.
• Experience working on a finance team and building trusted relationships with business partners at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or FP&A in a technology or technology-adjacent business.
• Experience leading corporate or department-level strategic analysis and initiatives.
• Experience with Claude, Anaplan, Looker, or Tableau.
