Senior Finance Analyst

Location: USA - Kennesaw, GA; travel approximately 20% in the U.S. and Europe. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $71,300.00–$124,500.00 USD plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for global business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, long-range planning, investments, and business cases.
• Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations.
• Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting through standardization, scalability, and automation.
• Use AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business-partnering capacity.
• Experience with planning systems such as Tagetik and data-driven decision support.
• Based in the United States, with approximately 20% travel in the U.S. and Europe.
