What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting and long-range planning.
• Drive variance analysis and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Improve planning and reporting processes through standardization and automation.
• Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation and scenario generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kennesaw, GA.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacity.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with planning systems such as Tagetik.
