Product Supply Manager at Milenio Plant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate Product Supply and manufacturing activities at the Milenio Plant.
• Lead technical programs, engineering assignments, and production improvement initiatives.
• Develop production capabilities and support technician development.
• Work across process, converting, packing, and control system engineering activities.
• Contribute to automation, control networks, vision systems, robotic systems, and industrial software solutions.
• Help build flexible, loss-free, safe organizations that achieve business requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in electrical, chemical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Recent graduation or up to 3 years of confirmed manufacturing experience.
• Live in Irapuato or be willing to relocate.
• Intermediate or advanced English, written and spoken.
• Team orientation, a can-do attitude, and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Technical excellence, leadership, innovation, and strong interpersonal collaboration skills.
