Engineering Internship - Irapuato Plant (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Irapuato plant in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, depending on hours worked

What you will do

• Support manufacturing and engineering projects across digital automation, quality, safety, production, packing, warehousing, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze equipment performance and operational data to identify process improvements.
• Help define technical standards for new technologies and support equipment installation.
• Contribute to projects focused on environmental protection, workplace safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with project planning and execution while working alongside experienced professionals.
• Develop practical skills in problem-solving, teamwork, communication, equipment operation, data analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Current engineering student in any discipline.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and December 2028.
• Technical proficiency relevant to manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and operational data.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Team orientation, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and leadership potential.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in project management or process improvement.
• Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management principles.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.
