Superintendent (Manufacturing)

Location: Acanceh, Yucatan, Mexico; onsite at the KBI facility. Willingness to relocate based on business and organizational requirements is required.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel across operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Maintain targeted work-in-process levels and production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain safe, productive, and orderly facility operations.
• Lead and develop Production Supervisors to achieve production, training, and continuous improvement goals.
• Support employee engagement, morale, attendance, retention, payroll accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Control overhead costs and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of related professional experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, AS400, and SAP.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. visa and willing to relocate as business needs require.
