Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite production role

What you will do
- Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate production associates and team leaders.
- Manage staffing, vacations, permits, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in coordination with HR.
- Maintain the VC ILUO system and support personnel development processes.
- Ensure production lots meet quality requirements and lead core teams in improving quality performance metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest process upgrades, reduce costs, and implement approved productivity improvements safely.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality core tools and demonstrated leadership, personnel management, conflict management, communication, and results orientation.
- Knowledge of ISO 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

- Automotive industry experience.
- Rubber industry experience.
- Experience with SAP.
