Production Supervisor III (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Cienega de Flores, Mexico

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing activities for assigned plant areas.
• Lead the largest manufacturing units, with a minimum of 100 total reports.
• Provide manufacturing process and team support for complex operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and hourly employees.
• Lead at least two Green Belt projects annually and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and major employee involvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience, including at least two years in both feeder and assembly departments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Lean training.
• Leadership Skills and OSHA/STOP training.
• External candidates must have completed or be completing an advanced degree; internal candidates must be completing a degree.
