Project Manager & Process Engineer Jr. (Manufacturing): Supporting production projects and improving manufacturing operations at P&G plants with an accent on continuous improvement, equipment commissioning, automation, and robotics. Location: plants in Naucalpan, Vallejo, and Tepeji, Mexico; full-time with flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Support project strategies and help develop and implement new ideas, procedures, services, and products under guidance.
- Execute defined project tasks or segments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.
- Lead the implementation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment, initiatives, and manufacturing projects.
- Develop operational standards, learning programs, and training for operations technicians.
- Apply automation technologies, robotics, and advanced manufacturing equipment to improve production performance.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, such as mechanical, chemical, industrial, mechatronics, robotics, automation, civil, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and the project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work at plants in Naucalpan, Vallejo, or Tepeji, Mexico.
Nice to have
- Previous internship or project experience in engineering or project management.
- Experience with programming and data analysis or visualization tools.
