Location: In-person in New York, NY

Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Commitment: 20–40 hours per week

What you will do

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in accounting systems.
• Track and reconcile high-volume pass-through media costs and client media budgets.
• Apply gross-versus-net revenue concepts in an AdTech finance context.
• Support the development of a disciplined month-end close process and timely financial statements.
• Gain exposure to financial models for growth forecasting and long-term planning.

Requirements

• Pursuing an MBA degree in Finance.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong ownership of data accuracy and ledger integrity.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Proficient in or willing to learn Excel and QuickBooks Online or Xero.
• Available to work consistently in person in the New York office for 20–40 hours per week.
