What you will do

• Lead, train, and supervise shipping personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Plan and prioritize shipping activities to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, inventory control, and transportation providers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory records, maintain shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Investigate shipping issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office.
• In-depth knowledge of shipping regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
