Shipping Production Leader

Location: Tulsa, OK, United States; onsite, full-time work in a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Lead shipping and receiving personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and transportation preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, customer service, carriers, suppliers, and other partners to coordinate orders and transportation.
• Resolve shipment delays, damaged goods, order discrepancies, and other logistics issues.
• Optimize shipping workflows, analyze operational metrics, and support the implementation of new shipping technologies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, transportation modes, and inventory management.
• Experience using shipping software and systems for tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift and crane certifications.
