Ocean Export Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop the ocean export product across operations, finance, sales, people, systems, and culture.
• Ensure customer standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and company policies are followed.
• Support quotations, new-business transitions, customer retention, and revenue growth against district targets.
• Monitor department process flow, capacity, productivity, profitability, expenses, and operational metrics.
• Build relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, customers, and other service providers.
• Support onboarding, goal setting, feedback, development plans, training, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hirify.global or relevant industry experience.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with teamwork, coaching, feedback, meeting management, and building a positive team environment.
• Customer-focused communication and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Software proficiency, including Microsoft Excel formulas and PivotTables and Microsoft Word.
