Operations Lead - ICQA

What you will do

• Assign and supervise warehouse work, including unloading, staging, loading, freight verification, picking, and packing.
• Lead warehouse associates in following safety, quality, productivity, and customer service procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, bin location variances, problem orders, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, product counts, bin records, and system entries in the WMS and order management system.
• Complete operational reports, advise associates on product handling, and troubleshoot equipment issues with maintenance personnel.
• Operate warehouse equipment and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more when required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of warehouse experience, including two years working with order management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and experience using a warehouse management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic clerical and data-entry skills, and basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties, use material-handling equipment such as forklifts, and transport up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check; occasional non-standard hours or overtime may be required.
