What you will do
- Own the ship loose process for assigned projects from material identification and readiness through shipment confirmation and closeout.
- Reconcile bills of materials with purchase orders, planned orders, and released project BOMs, resolving discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project trackers covering shortages, fall-off items, staging, shipment status, documentation, and open actions.
- Coordinate warehouse activities for picking, staging, verification, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
- Control shipment records, including packing lists, manifests, carrier documents, tracking numbers, delivery information, and required photos.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, shortages, damaged material, rejected deliveries, documentation gaps, and claims while supporting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, shipping, transportation, and expediting.
- Ability to read and reconcile BOMs, purchase orders, packing lists, and shipment documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP principles and Microsoft Office, including Excel; familiarity with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work at a computer and on the warehouse floor to physically verify material and shipment readiness.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment.
