Sr. Project Manager - Landscape Architecture

Location: Asheville, North Carolina, United States; willingness to travel for project site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Develop project proposals and objectives with clients and management.
• Build project plans covering budgets, staffing, schedules, and workload forecasts.
• Assemble, direct, and mentor project teams while managing sub-consultants.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, manage invoicing, and negotiate scope changes.
• Serve as the primary client contact, provide project updates, and resolve concerns.
• Review deliverables against design and client requirements and maintain QA/QC standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional license required, such as AICP or RLA.
• 10+ years of experience in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Vision project management software.
• Experience managing and mentoring project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
