Lead Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

Location: Fort Myers or Sarasota, Florida, USA

Compensation: Determined based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage public and private land development projects across Southwest Florida.
• Coordinate with clients, review agencies, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Lead civil site, grading, roadway, transportation, utility, and stormwater design.
• Produce construction plans and specifications for commercial, mixed-use, residential, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
• Obtain permits and approvals for multidisciplinary land development projects.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and project financial plans while managing timelines and direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• At least 3 years of project management experience with project and direct-report responsibility.
• Experience with Florida Department of Transportation design and permitting requirements for access and drainage.
• Strong organizational, communication, independent working, and multitasking skills.
