Payroll Analyst (U.S. Payroll)

What you will do

• Administer end-to-end U.S. biweekly and monthly payroll cycles for exempt and non-exempt employees, including union and non-union populations.
• Process garnishments, bonuses, severance payments, stock options, RSUs, DEUs, and other equity-related payroll transactions.
• Investigate payroll errors and system issues by analyzing payroll data, researching causes, and implementing solutions.
• Maintain payroll records, review audit and exception reports, and support payroll tax, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and improve payroll procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, and other business partners on U.S. payroll inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Experience administering U.S. payroll cycles and complying with U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Ability to support payroll audits, SOX testing, compliance controls, reconciliations, and year-end W-2 preparation.
• Ability to participate in payroll system testing for upgrades, enhancements, patches, and implementations.
• Ability to work from Altamira, Mexico.
