Sr. Analyst, Compensation Design & Solutions

What you will do

• Own the annual compensation strategy process and align execution with enterprise priorities.
• Translate business strategy into scalable compensation architectures, programs, and production pay structures.
• Lead enterprise compensation initiatives, including design, harmonization, transformation, and process simplification.
• Define compensation governance, tools, templates, playbooks, and decision frameworks.
• Combine market data, internal analytics, and external trends into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, business leaders, and cross-functional teams on compensation solutions, M&A, restructuring, and global implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Finance, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling compensation programs, frameworks, or architectures.
• Experience leading enterprise or global compensation initiatives, annual compensation planning, analytics, benchmarking, and data-driven decision support.
• Experience with global compensation programs, regulatory requirements, HR systems configuration, and reporting; Workday is preferred.
• Proficient English communication required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or master’s degree.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Manufacturing experience or experience with hourly production compensation.
