Regional Supply Chain Planner, Raw Materials (Taste)

Location: Onsite in Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Ensure raw material availability to support 98% on-time customer delivery.
• Manage daily demand for six manufacturing plants, including purchasing, stock replenishment, and inbound delivery monitoring.
• Resolve raw material shortages and maintain production continuity.
• Collaborate with local supply chain planners, site managers, procurement teams, and vendors.
• Optimize inventory days, write-offs, obsolete stock, and slow-moving materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report KPIs for material availability, vendor performance, and inventory health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and/or operational buying.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and applications such as SAP MRP.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
