Wafer Planning Senior Planner (Semiconductor): Developing executable wafer start and supply plans for a high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment with an accent on capacity optimization, WIP health, cycle-time performance, and customer delivery commitments. Focus on modeling supply scenarios, managing fab bottlenecks, leading recovery planning during disruptions, and coordinating planning across engineering, procurement, production, and quality.
Location: Binan, Laguna, Philippines; onsite

What you will do
- Convert customer demand and forecasts into monthly and weekly wafer start plans.
- Develop baseline, pull-in, and recovery supply scenarios using yield, scrap, and cycle-time assumptions.
- Analyze fab capacity, identify bottlenecks, and recommend load balancing, alternate routing, and capacity adjustments.
- Monitor WIP distribution and cycle-time performance, including recovery planning during tool-down events and process excursions.
- Support customer delivery commitments, communicate supply risks, and coordinate mitigation plans with business partners, foundries, and factories.
- Maintain planning master data and support digitalization and automation initiatives, including NPI ramp planning.
Requirements
- Open to working in Binan, Laguna, Philippines.
- 7–10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer planning, production planning, or supply planning.
- Deep knowledge of wafer fab processes, WIP flow, cycle time, and bottleneck behavior.
- Strong experience with SAP and MES systems, plus advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
