What you will do

  • Manage supply planning using sales forecasts, orders, production data, and other planning indicators.
  • Analyze and report KPIs, identify deviations from plans, and develop corrective recommendations.
  • Prepare supplier forecasts, coordinate logistics processes, and verify material, part, and product availability.
  • Plan monthly and weekly production programs and calculate day-to-day production plans for assigned resources.
  • Perform load-balancing calculations and coordinate with other plants to optimize production plans.
  • Coordinate material, machine, and personnel planning with plant and warehouse management; release procurement, production, and transportation orders.

Requirements

  • Experience with production and supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, inventory availability, order plans, and critical timelines.
  • Ability to coordinate with plant management, warehouses, suppliers, maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
  • Ability to monitor process efficiency and implement short-term corrective measures.
