What you will do
- Manage supply planning using sales forecasts, orders, production data, and inventory availability.
- Analyze, control, and report relevant KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop supplier forecasts, coordinate logistical processes, and analyze order plans and critical timelines.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and short-term daily production plans for assigned plants and production resources.
- Calculate load balancing scenarios and coordinate with other plants to optimize plans.
- Plan material, machine, and personnel resources; release procurement, production, and transportation orders.
Requirements
- Experience with supply and production planning in a plant or warehouse environment.
- Ability to analyze forecasts, orders, inventory, KPIs, and production capacity.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, plants, warehouses, maintenance, engineering, and production management.
- Experience preparing resource plans and monitoring process efficiency.
- Ability to identify deficiencies and implement short-term operational improvements.
