Manager, Source-to-Contract, APAC (Marketing Procurement)

What you will do

• Lead a regional Source-to-Contract team focused on supporting procurement strategy and business objectives, with emphasis on the Marketing category.
• Manage team workflow, performance, compliance, service levels, and delivery against established goals.
• Oversee sourcing events, pricing and contract-term negotiations, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions to align sourcing and contracts with strategic, regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Drive procurement improvements using market intelligence, risk assessments, total-cost projections, and digital data requirements.
• Coach and upskill teams on new digital tools and processes while building strong relationships with regional business partners and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a relevant business area.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure or service delivery environment.
• Strong strategic, data-oriented, communication, collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, adapt to change, and develop long-term plans.
• Understanding of sourcing, contracting, and Source-to-Settle operations is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Shared Services industry experience.
• Experience with category management, RFx management, supplier collaboration, vendor selection, compliance, cost, spend, and risk management.
