Production Scheduler (M1 ERP)

Location: Work from home; hybrid setup with Ortigas, Pasig preferred. Work schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM AEST (QLD), 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine time.

hirify.global provides the employment setting for a manufacturing-focused production scheduling role supporting an Australian account.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules in M1 ERP across machines, work centres, labour resources, priorities, and delivery dates.
• Review jobs, set production start dates and sequencing, monitor progress, and update schedules for changing priorities or delays.
• Identify capacity constraints, scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, downtime, utilization issues, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, management, and outsourced suppliers to maintain workflow and material availability.
• Maintain accurate M1 job routings, work centres, estimated hours, and scheduling data.
• Produce workload, capacity, overdue-operation, and delivery-risk reports while supporting continuous improvement in planning and ERP processes.

Requirements

• Experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing coordination using M1.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes.
• Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond quickly to changing production requirements.
• Confident communication and effective collaboration with production, sales, procurement, and management.
• Strong computer skills and confidence with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• At least 3 years of work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in machining, fabrication, engineering, or a similar manufacturing environment.
