Production Scheduler (M1 ERP Required) | AU | WFH

Location: Hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. Work schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM AEST - QLD / 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine Time.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules in M1 ERP across machines, work centres, labor resources, priorities, and delivery dates.
• Review new jobs, define start dates and sequencing, and update schedules based on production progress, delays, and changing priorities.
• Identify capacity constraints, scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, downtime, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, workshop teams, and external suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and material availability.
• Maintain accurate job routings, work centres, estimated hours, and scheduling data in M1 ERP.
• Prepare production and scheduling reports and support capacity planning, estimating accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing coordination using M1 ERP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication across production, sales, procurement, and management.
• Strong computer skills, including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in machining, fabrication, engineering, or a similar manufacturing environment.
