People Systems Analyst II (Workday)

Salary: $42.41–$63.62 per hour

What you will do

• Administer and adjust Workday business process steps, workflows, configurations, and assigned modules.
• Document requirements, business processes, system workflows, job aids, and end-user procedures.
• Provide Workday support, troubleshoot intermediate workflow and business process issues, and act as an escalation point.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Workday.
• Design and implement new Workday functionality, enhancements, applications, and analytics.
• Train and guide employees, HR professionals, and managers on Workday usage, best practices, and new features.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Workday Pro Certification in at least one area required.
• Experience supporting basic Workday configuration in one or more modules, such as Compensation, Integrations, Talent Management and Skills, Recruiting, Learning, or AI agents.
• Employment is based in Tustin, California, and the organization participates in E-Verify.
