Senior People Solutions Analyst (Workday)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, USA; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the Raleigh office.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year; no commission-based compensation.

What you will do

• Build automations and agentic workflow prototypes connecting Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems.
• Own Workday business process configuration and security group architecture, including access reviews and segregation-of-duties checks.
• Develop Workday reports and calculated fields that provide reliable, actionable data.
• Partner with People and Places, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot configuration and data issues.
• Test and deploy new functionality while protecting existing systems and processes.
• Extend automation into People Operations processes such as talent acquisition and onboarding.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes.
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields, or the aptitude to develop this capability quickly.
• Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to communicate technical configuration changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Workday security architecture experience.
• Experience with an iPaaS or automation tool such as Workato.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
