HR Systems & Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Administer and support HR technology platforms, including Workday HRIS, performance management, learning management, applicant tracking, and related HR tools.
• Configure and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze HR data, resolve discrepancies, and manage data loads to and from HR systems and third-party providers.
• Maintain integrations, implement system configurations, and test releases, upgrades, and new functionality through user acceptance testing.
• Improve HR processes through automation, stronger controls, governance practices, documentation, and training materials.
• Provide systems and operational support for recurring HR cycles, departmental initiatives, and special projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in application administration, business systems, data operations, or a comparable analyst role.
• Experience administering multiple information systems, reporting tools, and user interfaces; Workday or another HRIS is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
• Technical proficiency with data flows, data mapping, and source tables.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, documentation, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Great Falls, Montana, maintain predictable attendance, and protect confidential employee data.
