HRIS Analyst II (Workday)

Location: Remote within the United States; corporate location in Diamond Bar, California

Salary: $71,314.38–$103,405.86 per year

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Workday and other HR systems, resolve user questions, and process HRIS help desk tickets.
• Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Partners, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Support Workday configuration, enhancements, releases, requirements gathering, regression testing, and implementation readiness.
• Monitor HR data quality, perform audits, research discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, testing materials, process guides, and training resources.
• Support HR technology projects, reporting and analytics requests, process improvements, and system updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably with Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate system updates, process changes, testing outcomes, and training needs clearly and promptly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, investigate issues, maintain data quality, and collaborate across HR functions.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably with Workday.
• Workday Pro Certification for HCM.
