Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Salary: $84,000–$124,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise HRIS and HCM platforms, including support for the transition from UKG to Workday.
• Configure HCM functionality, business processes, security roles, workflows, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain operational stability.
• Lead testing for releases, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, including defect management and production readiness.
• Document configurations, requirements, testing results, and support procedures while contributing to HR technology strategy.

Requirements

• Experience administering enterprise HRIS or HCM platforms.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, data management, and system support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential employee, compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR data while maintaining security and integrity.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM experience, including business processes, security configuration, reporting, calculated fields, integrations, EIBs, or integration monitoring.
• UKG Pro experience.
• Experience with HRIS implementations, system conversions, data migrations, module deployments, or post-implementation stabilization.
• Experience leading testing, managing defects, validating readiness, and supporting production deployments.
