Sr Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Frisco, Texas; candidates must live within a commutable distance to the Frisco office and be available onsite as needed.

Salary: USD $123,650–$203,150 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own key product portfolio programs and drive quality consumer product launches.
• Build AI-driven program intelligence and Claude-based program management agents.
• Replace manual TPM rituals with intelligent, queryable systems and improve TPM operations.
• Manage risks, issues, mitigation plans, executive reporting, critical-path dependencies, and change management.
• Coordinate engineering, UX, product, business, platform, and marketing stakeholders to execute AI-based product strategy.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, process improvement, and decisions across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical project or program management experience with consumer-centric applications.
• At least 3 years of experience driving product launches for AI-based features and applications.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build AI applications that enhance the TPM function.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex technical efforts and using project or portfolio management tools for 5+ years.
• Strong technical orientation, understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle, communication, negotiation, conflict management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, Texas, as needed, while working remotely from a home office at other times.
