Salary: $139,371 - $197,400

What you will do

• Provide leadership in program planning, requirements definition, cost/schedule/scope estimating for complex programs.
• Develop integrated master schedules, manage resources, priorities, and critical path based on risks.
• Lead program meetings, reviews with customers and executives; maintain budgets, EACs, and communications.
• Identify, analyze, manage program risks; define controls and success criteria.
• Support business development in proposals, opportunity capture, and scope change management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and mentor other program managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business or Engineering (or equivalent); 12-15 years in Program Management.
• Experience leading teams on advanced technical or systems-of-systems development programs.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent firm fixed price programs with risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.), and export licenses/ITAR.
• Ability to interface with internal teams, government, and commercial customers.

Nice to have

• Technical Master's degree.
• PMI certification.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
