Senior Program Manager / Product Manager – Advanced Targeting & Tracking (AI)

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States; onsite role. Some travel is required, up to 20%. U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must meet ITAR/EAR U.S. person or export-license eligibility requirements.

Salary: $139,371–$212,315 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of complex programs or multiple related programs across cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance.
• Develop program plans, requirements, estimates, resource allocations, integrated master schedules, budgets, and estimates at completion.
• Manage program controls, priorities, risks, mitigation plans, changes in scope, and critical-path resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, Product Line Managers, Functional Leads, government customers, commercial customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead program meetings and reviews, monitor data across programs, and produce reports supporting product development and customer relationships.
• Support business development, opportunity capture, and the preparation of cost and technical proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 12–15 years of Program Management experience, including leadership of advanced technical development or technical systems-of-systems programs.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent programs and managing firm-fixed-price programs.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methods, tools, processes, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and government and commercial customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Technical master’s degree.
• PMI or equivalent certification.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Knowledge of export licenses for military products.
