Infusion Nurse II (Cardiopulmonary) (PAH and specialty infusion therapy): Delivering life-sustaining infusion therapies for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension and other rare and chronic diseases across home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings with an accent on advanced nursing care, patient education, and care coordination. Focus on providing specialized IV therapy, supporting complex treatment journeys, and building long-term relationships while participating in on-call coverage.
Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. The role requires travel to patient locations, an active Florida RN license, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations. Occasional or permanent home work requires cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

What you will do
- Provide advanced infusion therapy for cardiopulmonary conditions including PAH, as well as other rare and chronic diseases.
- Deliver care in patients’ homes, clinics, hospitals, and virtual settings.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy management and potential side effects.
- Coordinate treatment with PAH specialty centers, prescribers, and care teams.
- Serve as a clinical resource and build long-term patient relationships through clear communication.
- Participate in collaborative care discussions supporting quality outcomes and responsible growth.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Florida.
- At least five years of nursing experience, including critical care or pulmonary/cardiac specialty care.
- Experience caring for patients with PAH or Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension.
- Strong infusion therapy and IV insertion skills, patient education experience, and BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations.
- Availability Monday through Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience.
- CRNI or another relevant nursing certification, or willingness to obtain one.
