Supply Chain Intern

Location: Mexico City General Office, Interlomas

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, depending on the selected work schedule.

What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data on inventory levels, delivery times, demand forecasts, and transportation costs.
• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support order management, shipment tracking, supplier coordination, and production and distribution planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations covering performance metrics, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational supply chain activities and decision-making.

Requirements

• Engineering or a related field of study.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced English for communication with international teams and work with technical documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, charting, and large-data analysis.
• Basic familiarity with supply chain ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, and initiative.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis.
• Interest in learning Power BI or Tableau for interactive dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, PMI-CAPM, or relevant platform certifications.
