Production Planning Coordinator, San Luis Potosí

Location: On-site at the hirify.global plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage production planning parameters, capacity analyses, and product inputs for assigned production lines.
• Ensure raw-material inventory levels support the production plan and required service levels.
• Work with manufacturing to improve service and inventory results while supporting cost-reduction projects.
• Analyze short- to mid-term supply chain capacity to determine equipment loading and staffing requirements.
• Make routine planning adjustments to support schedule attainment.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate production planning process alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or similar supply chain activities.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365 programs.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work on-site at the San Luis Potosí plant.

Nice to have

• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
