Inventory Management Senior Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil. The role is also posted in Bogotá, Colombia; Juarez, Mexico; and Santiago, Chile.

What you will do

• Lead and support global and regional inventory initiatives, including inventory entitlement, MEIO, replenishment policies, and SLOB reduction.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports with data modeling, DAX, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Identify gaps in inventory management processes and implement solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Apply segmentation strategies, lead-time variation analysis, and safety stock optimization to improve supply chain performance.
• Provide inventory management input to IBP and improve master data quality, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate across functions to establish global best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain analytics, or related work within a global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge; SAP experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, independent work capability, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MEIO, IBP, and inventory optimization tools.
• Spanish language skills.
