Forecasting Analyst

Location: Juarez, Mexico; onsite. Travel required up to 10%. Working hours may vary to support the global organization.

Pay range: 439,000–643,500 MXN.

What you will do

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and time horizons while documenting planning assumptions.
• Analyze historical sales, demand drivers, forecast data, statistical models, and forecast results.
• Partner with Category Management and Commercial teams to reconcile variances, update assumptions, and maintain planning parameters.
• Develop action plans balancing inventory levels and customer service, and provide input on inventory strategies.
• Track actual performance against forecasts, create reporting and analysis, and monitor forecast errors through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Facilitate monthly demand planning across multiple business units and provide guidance, training, or workflow oversight when required.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or forecasting analyst roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced analytical and statistical skills, including standard deviation, forecast error, bias, safety stock calculations, and MAPE.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to groups and work across business functions.
• Fluent English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility or location; current authorization to work in Mexico is required.
