Junior Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Support sourcing, requests for quotation, purchase order creation, and supplier follow-up.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations stakeholders on procurement requirements.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, analytics, and support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, procurement, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Zero to three years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, operations, or a related function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
• Valid visa and passport required.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or other purchasing platforms.
• Exposure to supplier management, contract administration, or spend analysis.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and data analytics.
