TL;DR
Internship: Continuous Improvement // Planning & Logistics // Supply Chain (Manufacturing): Supporting production-floor improvement projects, inventory analysis, supplier lead-time tracking, and supply chain execution in Cuautitlán, Mexico with an accent on WCM methodologies, operational data analysis, and process documentation. Focus on identifying operational risks, improving productivity and material availability, and building reports and dashboards with cross-functional and global supply chain stakeholders.
Location: Cuautitlán, Mexico; onsite attendance and commuting to the site required for 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

What you will do
- Support continuous improvement projects on the production floor using 5S, visual management, KPI tracking, and World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
- Analyze operational, inventory, material rotation, and service-level data to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
- Track stock increases, engineering template changes, supplier lead times, and potential delays across Heating Platforms.
- Assist with daily and weekly Supply & Operations Execution activities and material availability planning.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, process documentation, and recommendations to support operational decisions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, Engineering, and regional and global supply chain stakeholders on productivity, quality, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, supply chain, logistics, computer science, or data analytics discipline.
- Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
- Availability for the full internship program from January 18 to December 13, 2027.
- Availability to work onsite and commute to the Cuautitlán site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, and continuous learning skills.
- Advanced English required for Planning & Logistics and Supply Chain tracks; intermediate English accepted for the Continuous Improvement track.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, MS Project, Python, SAP, Excel VBA or macros, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
- Comfort working both on the shop floor and with data analysis.

Hiring process
- Application review: August 31 to September 25, 2026.
- Video interview: September 7 to October 16, followed by interviews from October 19 to October 30.
- Admission is planned for November 2 to November 27, with a start date of January 18, 2027.
